The work done in the past two weeks

As you've noticed I have been absent in my blogging for a while and I will be absent for the upcoming couple of weeks doing work on adobe premier for my music video. Here are some of the things that I've been doing since I last blogged.

For my music video I had some shots which were filmed before hand of me by a separate party. In order to use these shots without copyright issues, I needed permission to use those shots.
Here are the screen shots of me asking for permission to use these shots from the AVP(Advanced Video Productions) company.

This is their response to me.

With this now I can freely use these shots but I will still ultimately limit the amount of them I use and the length of time these shots take up so as to have a lot of shots that I filmed with my own camera.
Concept of my artist

I want my Artist to be like the a dance act that doesn't star in his own album covers or music videos. He gets people to be actors or models for these things. This is why for my album cover, I don't have a person as the image, in stead I went for the sky with the artist name Beat Chaser represent the sun, and the album title "Happy Lazy Days" representing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

High angle shot

The high angle shot comes at a perfect time on the video. This is where the character starts to sing and dance along to the music and words. The point where he is at his freest. The chorus "Your body dancing to the rhythm" kicks in on the song which is what my character sings.
